Kay A. Curran, 79, of Carlisle, formerly of Lebanon, died on Monday, April 25, 2022 at UPMC Carlisle Hospital. She was born on Friday, October 30, 1942 to the late John L. Achey and Mildred Achey nee Brown in Lebanon. She was a 1960 graduate of South Lebanon High School and helped create the cath lab at Good Samaritan Hospital and Lebanon Cardiology. Kay enjoyed gardening, playing the piano, painting, decorating, cooking and traveling. She enjoyed the outdoors, especially camping, fishing and hiking. Kay was an avid Nascar and Philadelphia Phillies fan. Surviving are sisters Faye A. Henning and spouse Barry, Mary A. Langford, Martha A. Ross; nieces and nephews Angie H. Carpenter and spouse Stan, Michael D. Henning and spouse Melissa, Desiree Henning Dudley and spouse Keith, Tracy Langford, Laurie Adams and spouse Bruce, Robert Langford and spouse Michelle, Delmar Wise, Jr., Shannon Mallin; great nieces and nephews Elizabeth Langford, Logan Langford, Paris Henning, Piper Henning, Bradyn Rivers, Zachary Smith, Alyssa Smith, Joelle Adams, Sam Blair, Tom Blair, Bill Blair and other great nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by husband Jan Curran. Visitation will be on Friday, May 20, 2022 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at Christman's Funeral Home, Inc., 226 Cumberland Street, Lebanon. Memorial services will be on Friday, May 20, 2022 at 12:00 PM at the funeral home. Inurnment will be at Grand View Memorial Park, Annville, following the service.
