I was privileged to be with dear Kay in Jerusalem in 1995. She was a favorite of ours. We loved her intellect, her quick wit, smile, hair, and great sense of humor. I can still picture her in my mind, and always will.

As a BYU faculty member who also has Terry as my maiden name, I have appreciated the presence, example, capabilities, and wisdom of Kaye Terry Hanson. Her passing is a loss that reminds of her exemplary service and life.

To the family of Dr. Hanson
I am so sorry for your loss of this wonderful woman and professor. Dr. Hanson was my professor in the MBA program at BYU many years ago but I can still feel her warmth and compassion. I so enjoyed her classes and appreciated her teaching style. I am grateful that our paths crossed in this life. May the Lord bless you.

Kaye Hanson, a pillar of truth and wisdom. She never cared for fluffy prose, so I'll leave it at this: I loved her for all that she was, and for teaching me to be a disciple of Christ.
