IT seems so hard to believe she is gone. She always seemed so strong to me, a cousin to look up to. I remember the day of her wedding and how beautiful she looked to me at the reception. Even though I did not have a lot of contact with her over the years, when I did she always seemed to alive, energetic, kind and welcoming. I so much appreciated her inviting all of our family to her home and arranging the "Grandma Dougherty" reunion. Condolences to her family and friends.

Kaye was one of the sweetest, kindest women I've ever known. She taught me how to piece quilts with patience and encouragement. I grew to love her very much and I will miss her. RIP my friend.
