Keith “Lance” Brannan departed for his greatest adventure to date on December 9, 2025. He entered this earth on February 5, 1970, in Mobile, AL, and he used the time in between to get an education, make a difference in the world, and impact a great many lives. Always the life of the party, he was forever eager for an adventure, whether far from home or close by, he traveled to over 50 countries and all 50 states.
He cared for his mother, sister, niece, and all others that he loved with all his heart. Those who knew him will never forget him. He had a big personality, a soul that loved hard, and was always up for a get together. He enjoyed cooking, camping, travel of all kinds, and being with those he loved and cherished. He will forever be cheering on the Braves. SMTTT!!
He was preceded in death by his father, Larry Brannan, and his mother and long-time travel companion, Betty Brannan.
He leaves to mourn his loss, his sister, Leigh Brannan Green; niece, Taylor Green; his kitty companions, Margo and Miles Jr.; and a host of very special people close to his heart. He truly lived out his motto, “Cover the earth before the earth covers you”.
In lieu of flowers, please consider a donation to Taylor’s college education fund.
Bradford-O’Keefe is honored to serve the family of Keith “Lance” Brannan.
