Keith A. Adams, age 84, passed away peacefully on Sunday, December 11, 2022, under the care of Edgewater Haven Nursing Home and St. Croix Hospice.
Keith was born on May 26, 1938, in Beloit, WI to Clarence and Vina Adams.
A memorial service will be held at Feldner/Ritchay Funeral Home in Nekoosa, WI on Tuesday, December 20, 2022, at 1:00 pm with Chaplain Randy Mantik presiding. Visitation will be held at Feldner/Ritchay Funeral Home in Nekoosa, WI on Tuesday, December 20, 2022, from 11:00 am to 1:00 pm. Burial will follow at Pioneer Cemetery in Saratoga, WI.
Keith married LaVerne Ostrum on May 3, 1980. He enjoyed spending time with LaVerne eating dinners out, going to casinos and traveling to Las Vegas and Florida. For 40 years they hosted their blended family's Christmas Eve Party where many times Keith dressed up as Santa.
Keith worked various jobs before retiring from Ore-Ida foods. His hobbies included camping, woodworking and fixing stuff. He built many things his family still enjoys and the home he and LaVerne lived in for 36 years. He enjoyed visiting with friends and family, but mostly his grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Keith is survived by his wife, LaVerne Adams; four sons, Terry, Tim, Ty (Raquel), Randy; stepchildren, Julie (Mark) Greycarek, Jeff Ostrum, Debbie (Kyle) Davis; 15 grandchildren; 15 great-grandchildren and many nieces, nephews and friends.
He is preceded in death by his parents; stepson, Randy Ostrum; brothers, Wayne (Gwen), Vilas (Jo-Ann), Arden and parents' in-law, James and Rose Ostrum.
The family would like to thank all the caregivers and staff at Edgewater Haven and St. Croix Hospice for the loving care they provided to Keith and for looking after LaVerne during her daily visits.
