Keith Wayne Edwards

Keith Wayne Edwards of Quinlan Texas passed on December 2, 2025 at the age of 58 years old.

Keith is survived by his mother- Jill, his children- Amber, Laci, Colton, and Kayle, his grandchildren- Leyton, Riot, Memphis, Lincoln, Mason, Noah, and Chevy, his siblings- Ashley, Logan, April, and Devin and his son in law and close friend, Joe. He is preceded in death by his son- Keith Wayne Edwards II, his sister- Jae Singh, and his father- William Edwards. We would also like to acknowledge Karson, Aubrey, and Jayce who held a special place in his heart.

Keith was born on December 13, 1966 in Dallas Texas to Jill Ann Coonrod and William Eugene Edwards. He graduated from West Mesquite High School with the class of 1984.

Keith lived a life as wild as the wind, carving his own path in ways that weren’t always easy. For many years he walked the road of an outlaw- restless, stubborn, and shaped by choices that didn’t always serve him well. But even in the hardest chapters, he carried a fierce spirit and a heart that never stopped trying to find its place in the world.

In time, he found that place. The later years of his life became his best ones. He softened in the presence of family, found peace in simple moments, and discovered a love deep in the laughter of his grandbabies.

Though imperfect, he was real. Though rugged, he was loving. And though his journey twisted in ways few would choose, he finished it with purpose, connection, and a heart finally at home. He will be remembered not only for the roads he wandered, but for the love he found and gave before the end. He will be deeply missed by all of us.
