For the MOST part, lived his life, his way. I can honestly say that he cared for Oklahoma´s youth, no matter, what or how the marching orders. Was a pleasure to have worked with him, rest in peace!

Keith Wayne was 100% Gentleman! Hardworking, funloving and respectful are just a few of his attributes. He gave me the nickname Skeeterjean. I asked him why that name and he said Just because. I loved working with him at DISRS/DHS/OKDHS for many years and don't remember ever having a cross word with him. Rest in peace my friend. Anita Cook
