Obituary published on Legacy.com by Rogers Mortuary - Las Vegas on Nov. 25, 2025.
Keith James Villanueva, born on July 26, 1990, in Sacramento, California. A lifelong resident of Ribera, NM, he was a Son, brother, nephew, grandson, and friend. To some he was known as "Guerro, Skip, and to some Micklo" has gained his wings and called home by our Lord.
He graduated from Pecos High School in 2008 and wanted to pursue Culinary Arts. He was always smiling, making jokes, and always willing to help anyone he could; even if it meant the shirt off his back. HIs smile was contagious and mischievous, beach blonde hair, and the most beautiful blue eyes. He was not the materialistic type. He loved to camp, fish, cook, and tried every sport he could from baseball, basketball, football, pool, foosball, and golf. He was extremely curious about how things worked; taking things part only to never be put back together. He was always trying to make people laugh, especially when he had a witty comeback.
He is preceded in death by his paternal grandparents Florian and Petrita Villanueva; paternal Uncles, Piedad and Leroy Villanueva (Padrino); Uncles, David Quintana, Joe Jaramillo, and Raymond Aragon; Maternal Grandparents Joe and Evelyn Rivera; Maternal Uncles, Eddie Rivera, Phil Padilla, and Pat Sanchez; Aunts, Arabella Padilla and Eloisa Villas; Cousin, Orlando A.
