Kelley Cooley Obituary
Kelley was born in Erie on May 1,1963, son of the late Daisy Hurst-Cooley Buchanan and Kelley T. Cooley Sr.
In addition to his parents, Kelley was preceded in death by his brother Romeo Cooley Sr. and stepfather Robert Buchanan.
Kelley was a lifelong resident of Erie, and loved listening to music, going fishing and cheering on his favorite Buffalo Bills football team. Above all he loved his family and spending time with them.
Kelley was educated in the Erie School District, attending East High School. He was a member of Hope and Faith Chapel Church of GOD Pentecostal.
He leaves to cherish his memory one son; Antonio Purdue of (Erie, PA), four sisters; Rhonda (Joe)Gambill (Erie, PA), Sherry (Michael) Johnson (Erie, PA), Shelley Howard (Melvin Gooden) (Pittsburgh, PA), and Alicia Maghett (Lackawanna, NY.
Four brothers; Cordell (Regina) Cooley Sr. (Lackawanna, NY), Troy (Aquanda) Cooley Sr. (Buffalo, NY), Kevin Cooley (Erie, PA), and Dennis Cooley (Dayton, OH) Six grandchildren; Arieona, Jace, Marcel, Jayden, Teneo and Greyson, all of Erie, PA.
Many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, relatives, and friends. He also leaves behind special friends Lisa Barnes and Felicia Morgan.
Kelley will truly be missed by all who knew him.
