Crepin, Kelly M.
WATERFORD - Kelly M. Crepin, 56, of 1st St., passed away Monday, August 4, 2025, surrounded by her loving family at Samaritan Hospital. Born in Troy, she was the daughter of Jane Miorin Bernacki of Waterford and the late Michael S. Bernacki. She was a graduate of Hoosic Valley High School.
Kelly had been employed at the NYS Inspector General's Office in Albany and retired due to disability in 2017. Prior to that, she was employed at the former Leonard Hospital and also in the Quality Assurance Dept. at St. Mary's Hospital.

She was predeceased by her husband, who she dearly missed, Joseph G. Crepin, who died in 2021. In addition to her mother, she is survived by several nieces and nephews, in particular, Luke, Whitney (her partner in crime), Finley and Mac, as well as aunts and uncles, and her canine companion, Benny.
A memorial service will be held at a future time and date.
Jane would like to express special thanks to her sister, Sharon; brothers, Bill and Jack; and sister-in-law, Becky; as well as the staff at Fresenius Kidney Care Latham Dialysis

I was so sad to hear of Kelly´s passing, Jane! She was good friends with my sister, Monica, all through high school... and once in a while I was privy to their small group of partners in crime with the help of Janette and Cathy, too. They loved each other, for sure! I laugh when I think of their many country-road shenanigans. Kelly was a gift to many, no doubt! I am so deeply sorry for all of your recent loss! My heart & prayers go out for you and your family. May the lifetime of precious memories you shared with your girl, help to ease your sorrow in the days ahead.

Kelly´s presence in my life shone bright light on a weary world. Her care, understanding, and light heartedness at the right times made a difference that is unmeasurable. My memories are a bit brighter due to Kelly´s part in them, she was a supportive confidant in the harshest of moments.
I am lucky to have known her, and I know she is in God´s arms as one of his angels having been met at the gates by her father and husband.
To Jane and family, I am so terribly sorry for your loss, Kelly was an amazing person who made a huge difference in the lives of others. I know without a doubt that she made a difference in the lives of my mother and I. May her spirit live on forever in the lives of all that she has changed with her love and all encompassing character.
