Kelly was born February 28,1971 in Rupert, Idaho to CL and Jean Tate.
Kelly attended schools in Rupert Idaho, graduating from Minico High School in 1990.
Kelly married Cory Jones and they had a son together, Chase Jones. Kelly and Cory later divorced, and Kelly found her soul mate, Willie Garcia. Willie and Kelly made a life together filled with love and laughter until her passing.
Kelly is survived by her life partner, Willie Garcia, her son Chase Jones and her siblings: Milton Tate, Joe (Georgia) Tate, Stan Tate, Cheryl (Ralph) Shawver and Dixie (Mike) Dennis. She also leaves behind a grandson (Nixxon) and many nieces and nephews that adored her.
Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. Tuesday, December 9, 2025, at Hansen Mortuary, Rupert. Services will conclude with Burial at the Rupert Cemetery. Arrangements are under the direction of Joel Heward Hansen Mortuary.
