Kelly Jo Kitts, 63, died at home Friday, January 23,2026. Kelly's life revolved around her dogs, past and present. She was also a "right hand" to her niece in caring for her premature nephews 13 years ago. Kelly was preceded in death by her husband, Greg Kitts, her dad, Joe, and mother, Rowena Buschmiller. Kelly is survived by her sister, LuAnn Carpenter, her wife Denise Bowell and brother, Chris Creekmore and wife Diana. She also leaves to cherish her memory her niece, Heather Denchik, nephews, Evan Carpenter, Drew and Spencer Creekmore and their families. Kelly lived to help others.
She had a soft spot for the elderly, the young and needy. She was also very involved with SICSA, various animal rescues and with House of Bread. A private service will be held for family only. In lieu of flowers, Kelly would like donations be made to House of Bread or SICSA. Our family appreciates your continued prayers and loving memories of Kelly.
