Kelly held various jobs while the kids were young including being a cosmetologist. In the most recent years, she worked as a pharmacy technician. She did not like sitting at home bored which meant she never missed an opportunity to have a waitressing or bartending job on the side to stay social.
Over the years she enjoyed golfing, bowling, and most recently found a love for quilting. Kelly loved spending time with her friends, family, and most importantly, her grandchildren who always happened to know just which pocket of Grandma's purse had the candy in it.
Kelly is survived by Kyle Kruse. Children; Britni (Kyle) Curren and Trevor (Britt Petersen) Kruse. Grandchildren; Carter and Collins Curren. Parents; Lee and Beverly Pieters. Siblings; Kim (Tim) Durler, Kevin (Jolene) Pieters and Lora (Denny Bolt) Pabst. She is also survived by many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.
