Ken Marolt, a cherished member of the community, passed away on November 3, 2024, in O'Fallon, Missouri, at the age of 83. Born on February 3, 1941, in West Mineral, Kansas, Ken lived a life filled with passion, adventure, and an unwavering commitment to his family and friends.

Through service in the military Ken earned his Associate's degree, a testament to his dedication and perseverance. His professional life included a successful vending business that he ran for a decade, showcasing his entrepreneurial spirit and work ethic.

Ken had many interests that brought joy to his life. He was an avid sports fan and enjoyed keeping up with the news. His love for traveling took him to many places, where he appreciated the beauty of new environments. Ken was also known for his fondness for antiquing, often embarking on long drives through the countryside, exploring hidden treasures. He was an ocean and beach lover, often dreaming of waves and sandy shores.

Music was another significant aspect of Ken’s life; he had a particular passion for jazz, which filled his home with melodic warmth. Additionally, he had a deep appreciation for art, especially the works of Francis Clark Brown, which adorned his living space and reflected his artistic sensibilities.

Ken is survived by his step-son Robert Roth, his grandchildren Kaitlyn Kressyman, Ashley Roth, and Evan Roth, and his nephew Kevin Marolt. His legacy will be carried on through the love and memories shared by these family members.

He was preceded in death by his father Eddie Marolt, mother Helen Marolt, brother Ronald Marolt, and nephew Darren Marolt. Their memories are held dear as part of the tapestry of his life.
