Kendra Lu Pelletier, 65 of Midland, died Sunday morning, January 18, 2026, at her home. She was born November 30, 1960, in Midland, daughter of the late Mellis and Alma Louise (Wendt) Streeter. Kendra grew up on Sanford Lake and was a graduate of Meridian High School class of 1979. She enjoyed waterskiing, fishing, camping, and dancing. Kendra was the owner of Upholstery Place & Design of Sanford and loved animals of all kinds. On September 2, 1995, she married Kevin D. Pelletier in Beaverton. Family was always very important to Kendra, and all family gatherings were forever cherished.

She is survived by her husband Kevin of Midland, brothers, Chris (Sue) Streeter of Sanford, Pamella Knechtel of Tennessee, and Kevin (Dottie) Streeter of Manistee, brother-in-law Kirk Pelletier of Flint, and sister-in-law Kristy Pelletier of Glennie. She is also survived by her nieces and nephews, Mellisa Hoffman, Jodye (Laura) Streeter, David (Regan) Streeter, Shaun (Lyndsy) Streeter, Eric Streeter, Rebecca Streeter, Gordon Grover, Cameron Coburn, Sabrina Coburn, Sandy Pnacek, Dale Knechtel, and Gayle (Doug) Poterfield.

In addition to her parents, Kendra is preceded in death by her mother-in-law Pat Pelletier, and brothers-in-law, Kelly Grover and Dale Knechtel.

A memorial service will take place 1 p.m. Saturday January 24, 2026, from the Ware Smith Woolever Funeral Chapel, 1200 West Wheeler Street with Pastor Doug Bassett officiating. Inurnment will take place in New Hope Cemetery at a later date. Those planning an expression of sympathy are asked to consider the Midland Humane Society or the charity of their choice.
