Kenneth Richard Dickinson

Kenneth Richard Dickinson, 87, of Baroda passed away on Wednesday, November 12, 2025 at Royalton Manor in St. Joseph.

A funeral service will be held 11 AM on Monday, November 17, 2025 at Immanuel Lutheran Church, 9650 Church St, Bridgman, MI 49106. Friends may meet with the family from 10-11 AM on Monday at the church, prior to the service. Burial will be in Ruggles Cemetery, Baroda. Ken was born on July 27, 1938 in Buchanan the son of the late James and Norma (Backus) Dickinson. On June 15, 1957 he married the former Marie Freehling and she preceded him in death on March 13, 2023. They enjoyed traveling and shared 65 years together. Ken worked at Tyler Refrigeration, retiring after 42 years of service. He was a member at Immanuel Lutheran Church.

Survivors include his children: Debra (Roger) Brockway and Bonnie (Brad) Reitz; grandchildren: Christina (Jim) Morgan, Joe Brockway, and John Reitz; five great grandchildren; two great great grandchildren; sisters: Lenora “Rocky” Lynch and Rosemary Hogan; and a host of nieces and nephews.

Ken was also preceded in death by a granddaughter, Heather Reitz; sister, Barb Draper; and brothers: Jim, John, and William Dickinson.
