Larry Dugan and I rented a house from him from 2000/2007. Our son Scott had was honorably discharged from the Navy in August of 2006. Approximately 117 days later on December 4th he suddenly passed away from a blood clot. Kenny was very kind and caring during that time of our lives. Everybody always talked about how he didnt care about his tenants and only cared about money. Well let me tell about you MY experience with Kenneth Edwards. When our son passed we were close to 1 year behind on our rent and I had just written him a rent check. I called him after being at the ER all night to ask him to hold onto the check because Scott had just died. He tore the check up and told me to take care of rent when I could. He also showed up to Scott's funeral. He had a tear in his eye when I told him that we lost another son in 2012 and that my husband was fighting prostate cancer. In turn he told me about what he was going thru health wise we gave each other a hug and wished each other the best.
