Kenneth Robert James Sr.

Kenneth Robert James, Sr., on February 13, 2026, of Edgewater Park. Age 78. Beloved husband of Susan James (nee Nace). Loving father of Kenneth James, Jr. (Lesli), Kimberlie James, Julia Perdue (Paul), Joel James (Amber), Rebecca Costanza (Kurtis), Timothy James (Eve) and Robert James (Emily). Devoted grandfather of 19. Cherished son of Eleanor James (nee Ely) and the late Lyle Wilkie James. Dear brother of Lyle II, (Nancy), Bill (Joy), Dennis (Eileen), Robin (Laura), Kimberlie and Kevin.

Ken accepted Christ as his Saviour at the age of 11 during a revival meeting at Dobbins United Methodist Church in Delanco. He served the church wherever he lived; Louisiana, Massachusetts and New Jersey. He was a Sunday School teacher, choir director, song leader, bus captain and school supervisor.

Ken was a Gunnery Sergeant in the United States Marine Corps, serving 3 tours in Vietnam then reenlisted in the Marine Corps Reserves and devoted 19 years in service to our country.

Devoted husband of over 45 years, loving father and dedicated grandfather. In his free time, he enjoyed riding his Harley-Davidson motorcycle, snow skiing, ice hockey, roller hockey and doing crossword puzzles, but most of all spending time with his children and grandchildren, and talking with anyone who would listen.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend a viewing on Wednesday, February 18, 2026 from 10:30AM to 12:00PM at the Grace Independent Baptist Church, 911 Durham Road, Langhorne, PA 19047. Service will begin at 12:00PM.

Interment will take place at a later date in the Brigadier General William C. Doyle Memorial Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers donations in memory of Ken to Mission Uttermost c/o Grace Independent Baptist Church would be appreciated.
