Kenneth Jenkins Obituary

Kenny was born in Graceville, Florida on August 16, 1949, to the late Preston and Wauness Whiddon Jenkins. A 1967 graduate of Ponce De Leon High School, Kenny worked with the Florida Department of Agriculture Inspection for over 30 years. He loved spending time with his family, watching his grandsons play ball and hunting. Kenny enjoyed talking and sharing a story or two, maybe more! He will be truly missed by his family and all who knew him.
He is preceded in death by his parents, brother Ray and sister Fay.
He is survived by his devoted children James "Jim" Jenkins (Rachel), Wendy Jenkins (Mark), mother of the children Dale, two grandsons Clay Jenkins, Rhett Jenkins, one brother Don Jenkins (Tina), several nieces and nephews.
A Celebration of His Life will be 2 p.m., (CST), Saturday, December 17, 2022, at the Chapel of James & Lipford Funeral Home with Bro. Norman Hunt and Jerry Williams officiating. Burial will follow in Damascus Baptist Church Cemetery with James & Lipford Funeral Home in Graceville directing.
The family will receive friends at the funeral home Saturday, 1 p.m. until the time of service.
