Kenneth Lee Johnson, 62, of
Granite Falls, N.C., passed away unexpectedly, Wednesday, December 6, 2023, at Atrium Health Wake Forest Baptist Medical Center in Winston Salem.
Born June 8, 1961, in Baltimore, MD, he was the son of the late Fred Cleo Johnson and Shirley Hollar Johnson. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a brother, David Johnson.
Kenneth was employed with NHM Constructors as a bridge superintendent.
Those left to cherish his memory are his wife of 26 years, Belinda Perry Johnson of Granite Falls, stepdaughter, Jena Watts, and stepson, Matthew Woodruff both of Hickory, brothers; Floyd Johnson and wife Theresa of Granite Falls, and Michael Johnson of FL., sister, Michelle Bingham and husband Jonathan of Newton, and numerous nieces and nephews.
There will be no services at this time.
