Kenneth C. Kerr, age 67 of Mercer, passed away Monday morning November 24, 2025, in UPMC Jameson Hospital. He was born in New Castle, PA on April 20, 1958, a son of Robert Charles and Linda (Norcross) Kerr.

He was a graduate of Lakeview High school; Ken married Martina (Lankster) on July 23, 1982.

He was an electrician who liked sharing his craft as a teacher at the Mercer County Correctional Facility in Mercer PA.

Ken enjoyed working on cars and riding motorcycles; he was an outdoorsman and loved hunting. He was always tinkering with something. Ken loved NASCAR and car shows including antique cars. He loved animals, especially his dogs and cats.

Ken is survived by his loving wife, Martina Kerr; two children, Maygan Cheraso (Jacob) and Robert Kerr (Natalie); three brothers, Chuck Kerr (Mary), Buck Kerr (Ellen), and Ronnie Kerr (Mary); and several nieces and nephews.

He is preceded in death by his parents.

Family and friends will be received on Wednesday from 12:00 PM until the time of service. A Funeral Service will be held on Wednesday, November 26, 2025, at 2:00 PM in ROSE AND BLACK FUNERAL HOME & CREMATORY, 99 FRANKLIN STREET, STONEBORO, with Paster Gene Habbyshaw II officiating. Interment will be in Hillcrest Memorial Park, Hermitage, with military honors.
