Kenneth Elvin Leach

Kenneth Elvin Leach, 49, went to be with his Savior, Jesus Christ, on February 13, 2026. Born on June 6, 1976, in Toppenish, Washington, to Clarence and Mary Leach, Kenny graduated from Wapato High School in 1996 and later worked as an HVAC foreman for Apollo, where he greatly valued his coworkers.

On September 6, 2003, he married his sweetheart, Nicolle. He was a devoted father to Cassandra, Cameron (Chelsea), Kaitlynn (Kelly), and Kennedy, and a proud "Papo" to his four grandchildren: Audrey, Bentley, Jaxx, and Adley. Kenny loved coaching and faithfully supporting his children at their sporting events. He was an active member of Yakima Bible Baptist Church and remained strong in his faith throughout his life.

He is survived by his wife of 22 years, Nicolle; his children and grandchildren; his parents, Mary Leach and Clarence (Davina) Leach; and his sisters, MaryAnn Leach and Stephanie Kincaid. He was preceded in death by his grandmother, Alice Rogers; his nephew, Cody Bunnell; and his uncle, Pete Polina.

After a courageous seven-year battle with cancer, Kenny entered Heaven completely healed. He will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him.

Viewing will be held on Monday, February 23, 2026, at 5 p.m., with a Funeral Service on Tuesday, February 24, 2026, at 11 a.m., both at Yakima Bible Baptist Church, 6201 Tieton Dr., Yakima, WA 98908.
