Ken's service to others and to his community was an inspiration to all who knew him. I remember showing up at the crack of dawn at St James Church where the Church sponsored boy scout troop was assembling for a weekend expedition. Ken was already there hard at work with a gloves and rake tending to the landscaping of the Church grounds.

He was a leader in the Rotary Club's literacy program tutoring disadvantaged students and one of the most dependable and hardest working members at Rotary Park at Kingston Point. Ken was so modest that I and most others had no idea of his impressive career and accomplishments at IBM or the extent of his service to his faith and assistance to persons with disabilities.

Ken's smile, easy laughter and friendship will be greatly missed by all those whose lives he touched .

Marty you and your family have our blessings and heart felt thanks for sharing a fraction of Ken's 92 years with us.
