Kenneth Phillips Obituary
Kenneth "Kenny" Albert Phillips, Jr., 78, passed away on August 3, 2025 at IU Health Ball Memorial Hospital.
Kenny will be cremated and a memorial service will be at 6 PM Thursday, August 14, 2025 at Keplinger Funeral Home, 509 N. High St., Hartford City. Memorial visitation will be from 4 to 6 PM Thursday, August 14, 2025.
Memorials may be made to Wounded Warrier Project, P.O. Box 758516, Topeka, Kansas 66675-8516 Online condolences may be sent to the family at www. keplingerfuneralhome.com or utilize our Keplinger Funeral Home Facebook page.
