So sorry to heard about Ken. Wish I could have made his funeral. I've been thinking of him all this week and what a wonderful roommate he was at the Edina home we were at last year. In such a short time only spending a week with him I considered him a dear friend.

Talking about just about everything, probably the most interesting person I ever met. He was so proud of his kids and talked about how smart his grandchildren were.

I'll always keep him in my thoughts, and how what a gift it was knowing him.

Some people touch are lives only briefly, while others leave a lasting impression and are never forgotten. You will be missed!

KR was a great City Manager. He sure did love his City and the employees that worked for it. City Hall hasn't been the same since he retired, and I am sure it will never be again. There just isn't the same feeling when you walk into City Hall now. It was a honor to have worked with you for so many years.

We were able to share only a small portion of Ken's life journey, and what an amazing life he had! There are those who leave the world in a much better place than when they entered and Ken was one of them. Our deepest sympathy to the family.

Ken was never without his big smile to greet us everyday for the first seven years of the Fall into the Arts Fair at Cenntennial Lakes. He had a vision and it was fun working with him as he created the event.

Ken was very instrumental in shaping the operation of the Metropolitan Twin Cities Interconnect Cable Channel 6. He served as Chairman of the Board of Directors for eight years. The channel has succesfully existed for over 26 years through his vision and leadership. He was a class act and will not be forgotten. We will always cherish all that he taught us personally and guided us with total support professionally. We thank you and may your candle burn brightly. You are one more bright light in heaven! Forever grateful, MCN/6 Board, Staff,
and Mark Oyaas

Growing up in Edina, there are wonderful memories of you being involved with my dad as Edina was developing the Park & Rec football, baseball, Hockey programs for youth.
