Kenneth George Silvera

In Memory of Kenneth George Silvera of Conway, SC who passed from this life on Saturday. February 25, 2023. Ken was born in Englewood, NJ on November 24, 1965. He was the son of the late Robert Silvera and Phyllis Cardone Silvera. He was raised in Westwood, NJ, was a 1984 graduate of Westwood Regional High School and earned his bachelor's degree at William Patterson College. He later moved "down the shore" to Brick/Toms River, NJ with his family. Ken is survived by his loving wife Dianne. He is also survived by his sister Ann Molina, her husband Gus, brothers Robert Silvera, his wife Dawn and Thomas Silvera, his wife Karen, Stepsons Matthew Gelis, his wife Etta and Jason Gelis, his beloved grandchildren Matthew Gelis and Emily Gelis, numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins. He leaves behind his best companion, his dog Sammy. Ken loved the Giant. the Yankees. corny jokes and all furry creatures big and small. A Memorial Celebration of Life will be held Saturday, March 18, 2023, at 11 am at Orender Family Home for Funerals, 2643 Old Bridge Road, Manasquan, NJ 08736.
