Ken was a member of Elim Lutheran Church in Blackhoof Township. He enjoyed gardening, woodworking, quilting, biking, and spending time with his family.
Ken was preceded in death by his wife, Marilyn, of 59 years; parents; granddaughter, Alyssa Glumac; brothers, Ole, Joseph, Jerome, John, and Jim; brothers-in-law, Robert, John, and Ralph Johnson; and sister-in-law, Linda Tvedt. He is survived by his children, Michelle (Keith) Standridge, Deanna (Stan) Glumac, Marcie (Scott) Edin, and Jeff (Wendi) Tvedt; grandchildren, Lauren Oster (Jonathan Cabral), Mikayla (Adam) James, Nick Glumac, Alyson (Tyler) Burggraff, Kyle (Katrina) Tvedt, Kory Tvedt, and Kody Tvedt (Siri Jordan); great-grandchildren, Ariana Thomas, Madeline Tvedt, Mabel Tvedt, Otto Tvedt, Mia James, Hudson Burggraff; brother, Henry Jr. "Sonny" (Florence) Tvedt; sisters-in-law, Karen Tvedt, Darlene Tvedt, Mary Tvedt, Arlene (Jerome) Scherber, Kathy Johnson, Cheryl Johnson, Anita Johnson; and many nieces and nephews.
Services in honor of Ken's life will be held on Friday, August 15, 2025, at Elim Lutheran Church in Blackhoof Township. Visitation will begin at 10:00 a.m. and will continue until the 11:00 memorial service. A luncheon will follow. Arrangements have been entrusted to Nelson Funeral Care in Cloquet.

Sorry I could not make it to the service. I have many very fond memories of Ken. Just a great, honest, and hard working guy. If you looked up fair, square or straight shooter in the dictionary, you would see Ken´s picture. Condolences to all the family. Wes & Becky
