Kenneth Ray "Vandy" Vanderslice Jr., passed away January 29, 2024, in Greensboro, NC
Vandy was born June 20, 1965. He was a loving father, son, brother, and uncle. He was competitive by nature. Vandy wanted to win at any cost, and he usually did. He enjoyed many sports, but most of all, loved playing golf with his son and friends.
Mr. Vanderslice is survived by his son Ben Vanderslice and wife Presley, mother Pat Vanderslice, and his sisters Cheri Thigpen and husband Davis and Amy Williams and husband Noel. He is also survived by nieces and nephews Kaci Crawford and husband Brett, Bric Walls and wife Erin, Alex Walls, Abby Williams, Caleb Williams, and Cole Williams, and two great nephews Everitt Crawford and, Maddox Smith.
He was preceded in death by his father Kenneth Ray Vanderslice.
A memorial service will be held at a later date.
