Kenneth Walter Christopherson, 82, of Cut Bank. MT (known to his friends and family by Ken, Kenny, dad, grandpa, and pappy) is resting in the lord as of August 7, 2025.
Kenny was born in Cut Bank MT on July 9, 1943 to Ethel and Walter Christopherson of Cut Bank. He attended Cut Bank schools and lived on the family farm with his parents. After graduation he married Vivian Tough from Cut Bank, had three beautiful daughters Rachel, Gina, and Andrea. He also went on to Votech in Helena where he took a class in electronics. After college he returned to Cut Bank to help on the family farm and raise his family, and to work at the Cut Bank Oil refinery. Vivian and Kenny later divorced in 1985.
Years later on June 15, 1992, Kenny would meet his best friend, Rosie. She had three kids previously.
The things we loved about Kenny were things like he was tenderhearted if you were crying he would cry with you, if you were laughing he would laugh with you, he also knew how to laugh at his own mistakes. Kenny was the sweetest, kindest, most generous, most humble man you would ever meet. Kenny was a very happy man and always found the good in every situation, was very forgiving and understanding. Most of all Kenny, and our dad, was the most loving person, he loved his friends, his family and most of all he just loved life in general! Kenny created the life he wanted. He will be truly missed and loved by all whose lives he touched.
And we can't forget, Kenny's love for his cars, antique radios, and steam engines. As he aged he developed a special relationship with GOD.
Kenny was preceded in death by his parents, a sister Ardel Christopherson, a brother Stan Christopherson, grandparents and other family and friends. He was also preceded in death by his other best friend, Doc.
Kenny is survived by his longtime girlfriend Rosie Lundin of Cut Bank; daughters, Rachel Pacheco, Gina Jensen, and Andrea (Bill) Waddington, all of Helena; stepkids Amy Lundin (TJ) Pecore of South Carolina, Robbie Lundin of Cut Bank, and Joe Lundin of Shelby; an ex wife Vivian Christopherson of Helena; also surviving Kenny are 18 grandkids and their spouses, 16 great grandkids, with two on the way, his nephews Rick and Tom Christopherson; and many close friends and family.
