Kent worked across from me in our Finance Section for app. 8 months in Viet Nam, 1969. Funny guy. He also sent me a gift from his art gallery, years later. MANY times, I tried to find him thru' the internet. SADLY, this notice was the easiest/quickest result of my many queries. Many times we'd pore over "The Wamego Times" that his family would send. Always will remember "sales at Boyce's..." My sympathies to his family. Chuck Cap

Myrna, I just now learned of Kent's passing from Larry Russell. I had no idea and am so very sorry for your loss. I don't know if you remember me. I dated Kent's friend and roommate, David Porter and eventually married him. I remember you visiting at Kent's house off Ward Parkway with the pool and at some of his parties. My name was Debbie Dickinson before I married David. I have been gone from KC for 25 years and moved back here about 6 yrs ago. Again, I am so very sorry to hear this tragic news. I pray God will help you to heal and remember good times with Kent. In deepest sympathy, Debbie

Dear Myrna and Family
I am so very sorry for your Loss of such a Wonderful Handsome Sweet Brother.
I always enjoyed being with Kent, who was always so kind to me.
I am truly devastated to know he is no longer with us.
My Connection with Kent was with my Sister Peggy Grant Cobb and her husband John. We always had such Fun together.
I must tell you, the very First time I met Kent was at A Beautiful Christmas Party
At Miller and Jeanette Nichols Pent House in The Alameda Towers.
Invitations to all Store Managers on The Plaza.
God Bless You
