Kent Martindale Obituary

Obituary published on Legacy.com by Northside Chapel Funeral Directors and Crematory on Dec. 2, 2024.
Kent Andrew Martindale entered the presence of the Lord on November 27, 2024, at the age of 49. He was born March 27, 1975 in Danbury, Connecticut to David and Lynn (St. Clair) Martindale.
Kent met his best friend and wife, Tara Turner, while singing in an ensemble at Lebanon Baptist Church in Roswell, Georgia, where they continued to sing and serve together throughout their nearly 20 year marriage. Kent and Tara have four children: Annelise (16), Camden (14), Kelson (12), and Adleigh (10). A faithful follower of Jesus Christ, Kent was well known and loved for his gentle and easy-going personality, friendliness, and sense of humor. He saw someone he knew nearly everywhere he went to the amusement of his family.
Kent graduated from Bob Jones University with a degree in accounting. He was a CPA who worked most recently for Cox Enterprises for the last 10 years. Kent enjoyed playing basketball throughout his life and found continued joy in supporting his children's involvement in various sports.
In addition to his parents, wife, and children, Kent is survived by his sister, Whitney (Aaron) Burk, and brothers, Scott (Andrea) and Blake Martindale; parents-in-law T.J. and Karin Turner, brothers-in-law Jared (Amelia), Kyle (Julia), and Corey Turner; sister-in-law Jana (Justin) Sandoval; and also by beloved aunts, uncles, cousins, and 19 nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Friday, December 6th at Northside Chapel from 2-4pm and 6-8pm. (12050 Crabapple Road, Roswell, GA)
The service will be held on Saturday, December 7th at Lebanon Baptist Church at 11:00am with visitation preceding from 10:00-10:45am. (11250 Crabapple Road, Roswell, GA)
