Kerwin Unson

Kerwin Martin Unson passed away peacefully on Friday morning, January 9, 2026, in the warmth and comfort of his home. Though he faced years of declining health, Kerwin defied expectations and lived far longer than doctors had predicted, a testament to his strength and resilience.

Despite a lifetime marked by challenges, Kerwin spent the final years of his life wrapped in the love of his family-and returned that love fully. Those who knew him will forever remember his booming laugh, his kind heart, and the deep affection he showed to those closest to him. His memory will continue to fill our hearts.

Kerwin will be laid to rest at Skyview Memorial Lawn in Vallejo, alongside his parents, on January 20th. A Prayer Service and Memorial Celebration of Life will be held at Skyview Memorial Lawn on February 7th from 11:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.

He is lovingly survived by his son, Keith; his daughter, Krystle; his granddaughter, Josephine (JoJo); and his grandson, Konnor-each of whom carries forward his legacy of love, laughter, and family.
