Kevin Edward Brennan Sr.

BRENNAN, Sr. Kevin E.. November 21, 2022. Age 77. Beloved husband of Constance (nee Farmer). Loving father of Dawn (Max) Lyszczyk, Kevin Jr. (Sharon) and Damian (Angela). Adored grandfather of Aidan, Max, Conlan, Carter, Ross and Kevin III. Dearest brother of Margaret (the late Gerald) Stush, the late George (Lois), the late Robert (Marcy) and the late Lawrence. Predeceased by his parents George and Mary. Survived by many loving nieces and nephews.
Kevin Brennan was a husband, father, grandfather and so much more. He was as stubborn as he was generous, with a focus on his family and community, Kevin was always ready to lend a helping hand. As a 45 year resident of Washingtonville, you could count on Kevin to care for his neighbors or a stranger whose car broke down. He offered unfiltered advice, a warm place to sleep, a ride home, jobs for those in need, construction skills that built decks, sheds, toy boxes for friends and family, as well as the Washingtonville ball fields still used to this day. He was a fierce advocate for the best interest of his community but never asked for anything in return. Kevin was loud and intimidating with his round belly and "Popeye" arms, hardworking, loving, compassionate, and his heart of gold shined bright for more than 77 years. The family he put above all else will greatly miss his gigantic presence.
