Kevin Dale Riley Carter

Kevin was a wonderful human being and one of my very best friends, he was always there for me when I needed him and I tried my best to be there for him when he needed emotional support. He was intelligent, kind, and caring. One of my favorite things about Kev was that not only was he concerned for the happiness and safety of his friends even though he was having a hard time of things himself, but he was also a brilliant nerd! We talked about a lot of things like anime, and Vocaloid, and I knew that he enjoyed D&D. We had planned to finally watch some anime together but never got the chance.
You did make a difference in my life and in the lives of everyone that you knew.
