My big brother Kevin with the brilliant smile and gentle manner! There are so many memories, mostly good and many hilarious, especially from our childhoods with extended family: grandparents, aunts, uncles and cousins. While you and I were very different in many ways, we understood each other and had a mutual respect and love that I wish all siblings could share. So smart (and handsome!), full of so much love for our parents and your Carolann, you were destined to succeed, and you did. You lived out your dream of retiring early to warm weather and lots of golf! We so enjoyed our trips to Florida where you always had something fun planned and we were able to spend quality time together. Joe, Casey and Katie loved it too and looked forward to seeing you smile when we arrived. You and I spoke of our faith and know that we will see each other again because that is God's promise, All my love, Loraine

Kevin - The news came like a thunderclap in the sky,
A bolt of pain, a tear that wouldn't dry.
A heart still beating, now a silent drum,
How could this be, how could you be gone, so young?
Your laugh still echoes in the empty room,
Your smile still lingers, not banished by the gloom.
The words left unsaid, your plans incomplete,
A gaping hole where joy used to meet.
The world spins on, oblivious to our ache,
But every day, a good memory to remake.
Your voice that seems so near,
The bitter truth, our loss is crystal clear.
No time to say goodbye, no final farewell,
Just the echo of a life lived well,
A sudden void, the shock of absence, where love used to stay. Our only solace now is that we can pray.
Pray for souls to heal and be united in peace with our good God one day.

With Love for you and your Carolann, from your Brother-in-Law, Joe and Family

My condolences to the family. Kevin was a good friend and neighbor. He will be missed. I enjoyed our morning walks and the conversations we had. We will remember him.
Sincerely, Neil and Eileen.
