I would like to send my deepest condolences to Kevin's family and his entire circle of friends. I'm a retired Police Officer from the area and I was directly behind the vehicle when it crashed. My heart goes out to the family and it was a horrific accident to witness. Medical assistance and prayers were going out immediately after the accident occurred. The operator of a gray SUV bearing John 3:16 on the back of his vehicle was standing near Kevin with his hands in a praying position shortly after the accident. Everyone at the scene tried their best but due to the nature of the injuries, it was difficult for these boys to pull through. God bless the family and again prayers going out to heal such pain and the loss.
