Kevin Gallagher Obituary
Born on February 27, 1956, in Bradford, he was a son of the late James P. and Marjorie (Swarm) Gallagher.
He was a 1974 graduate of Bradford Area High School and earned a Petroleum Engineering Degree from University of Pittsburgh at Bradford.
Kevin drove a bread route for Pepperidge Farm and later worked as a well tender for Minard Run Oil Company.
He enjoyed hunting, a good pickup game of basketball. Some things which brought him joy were attending WWII Air Shows with his father, skeet shooting at the Bradford Gun Club, and meeting up with friends at Viola's. Kevin also liked to drive out to Willow Bay and swim. He was a gentle giant who was loved by everybody.
Surviving is one sister, Wendy Ann Gallagher, of Bradford, one brother, Stephen (Nancy Brown) Gallagher, of Lakeworth, FL, three nieces and nephews, Kristen, Anna and Sean, and five great nieces and great nephews, CJ, Cole, Christian, Ariyah, and Parker.
Friends are invited to attend a Celebration of Kevin's Life to be held at the Bradford Club on Saturday July 26, 2024 from 1 pm to 4 pm.
Funeral arrangements are under the direction of the Hollenbeck-Cahill Funeral Homes Inc.
Memorial contributions, if desired, may be made to a charity of the donor's choice.
