Kevin Roy Marquardt passed away on Sunday, February 8, 2026, at the age of 68. He was a loving husband, father, grandfather, brother, and friend. He is survived by his wife Rebecca, his daughters Lisa, Devon, Teala, Paula, and Tiffany, 14 grandchildren, one great grandchild, two sisters, and one brother.
He was a man of strong opinion and a love for his family, always planning BBQ's and firing up the grill or getting everyone to Bear Lake for camping, beach fun and boat rides. He was always there to lend a hand or show up when needed. He worked at the U.S. Postal Service for 33 years, first delivering the mail then being their mechanic.
Kevin was a man that enjoyed working with his hands whether it was gardening, yardwork, fixing cars, or repairing things around the house. He was not afraid to get his hands dirty, simply saying whatever it was would wash off. He will be truly missed.
Funeral Services will be held on Wednesday February 18, 2026, at 2:00 p.m. at Lindquist’s Layton Mortuary, 1867 No. Fairfield Rd. Layton, Utah. Friends may visit with family prior to services from 12:00 to 1:30 p.m. at the mortuary.
