Kevin Lyle Muldoon, born on November 20, 1963, in Ottumwa, IA, was a beacon of compassion, love, generosity, and support to everyone who had the privilege of knowing him. For over three decades, Kevin was a pillar of the community in Douds, Iowa, where he spent his life nurturing relationships and creating memories that will forever resonate in the hearts of those he touched. As Maya Angelou once said, "People will forget what you said, people will forget what you did, but people will never forget how you made them feel." Kevin was the embodiment of this sentiment, his love and kindness leaving an indelible mark on all those he encountered.

In his occupation at the factory, Kevin was known for his unwavering support and generous nature. He took great pride in his work, demonstrating a commitment to excellence and a steadfast dedication to his colleagues. However, what mattered most to Kevin was his family. He was never married, yet he found joy and fulfillment in the love and companionship of his domestic partner, Jada Blain, and his daughter, Ashlynn Blain. He was a loving stepfather to Austin and Ashton Blain and a doting grandfather to Easton and Emberlynn Blain. His joy was their joy, and his love for them was boundless and pure.

Kevin is survived by his daughter Ashlynn Blain, his domestic partner, Jada Blain, his stepsons Austin and Ashton Blain, his siblings Jewell Shannan, Jayne Smyth, and his cherished grandchildren Easton and Emberlynn Blain. He also leaves behind numerous beloved nephews, great nieces, and great nephews. Kevin was preceded in death by his parents Lyle Muldoon and Gladys Byers, his sister Jude Wold, and his nephew Ryan Shannan.

In the words of Helen Keller, "What we have once enjoyed deeply we can never lose. All that we love deeply becomes a part of us." Kevin's immense love, compassion, and generosity have indeed become a part of us, and his memory will live on in our hearts forever.
