Hello Donna and Mullin Family,
I am very sorry about your loss. Kevin was a good friend and an amazing colleague. I first met Kevin in October of 1996. Two years later, we began working together at the Seattle Aircraft Certification Office when he was the program manager for all in-production Boeing aircraft. He was a true professional with an incredible sense of responsibility, a high degree of integrity, and commitment to aviation safety. He was respected by the leadership and his coworkers. I can confidently say that his vast contribution to the ACO and the FAA Renton office were invaluable. Fortunately, he agreed to move into higher leadership positions within the office and positively influence the lives of many. I, for one, am grateful for his friendship, support, and advice over the last couple of decades. I admired his calm demeaner and his analytical approach to dealing with many challenges we faced. The last time I saw Kevin was in July of 2021, when I was passing through Billings on my way to Seattle after I retired from the FAA headquarter offices. The below picture was taken by my wife Julie in front of the restaurant.
May you find comfort in your loving memories.
With Deepest Sympathy,
Ali and Julie Bahrami

Hello Mullin family, we are so saddened to hear about Kevin's passing. Kevin was one of the most influential friends in my whole FAA career and life. When I hired in, he showed me all of the ACO coordinator's job and introduced me to all the Transport Airplane employees. He was super dedicated to keeping aviation safe and his full career. He was such a positive contributor and helped anyone who needed assistance. We will miss him. Love always, KC and Jay Yanamura
