I met Kevin when I was 16 as a rookie lifeguard at Lee Street beach on the Evanston lakefront. We quickly became friends and shared many interests over the years. Swimming, scuba diving, shooting, frisbee and just enjoying life. Whatever Kevin did, he always went 100% in. He was best man at my wedding and I was best man at his. I finished the toast with this: Find yourself in each other and leave what belongs in the past. Carry your heart like a new born child cause it´s only the moment that lasts. He enjoyed life and never backed down from a challenge. Unfortunately one of his last challenges was with Parkinson´s. It robbed us of our friend and not how we want to remember someone who was so energetic in everything he did. We love you Kevin and you will always be an inspiration to all that knew you.

I'm gutted to hear of Kevin's passing and offer my most sincere condolences to his family.
I first met Kevin through skeet shooting and then we became friends...a friendship I valued highly as Kevin was a wonderful man and a good friend to all.
May he rest in peace and may healing come quickly to his family and other friends.
I will always keep Kevin alive in my heart and memories.
