I met Kevin more than 20 years ago on the dancefloor of Connections. His smile caught mine. He was one of those people that have the gift of genuine personality. I was stunned when I learned of his passing and didn't quite believe it at first. I hadn't been able to reach him by phone so I went to his place to see him and he wasn't there. I will always remember reconnecting with him after I moved back to Louisville after returning from NYC after about 2 years. He was a kind, generous, passionate and fair minded man. I miss him.

I knew Kevin for over 20 years. He was a kind person and he was pretty funny too. He always made me laugh when I seen him, he is going to be missed by me and countless others.

Kevin was nothing if not kind and tolerant. He would sit at the video game at Teddy Bears bar. My highly inebriated self would scream in his ear, try to "help" him play, spill his drink, yet, he was always kind and gave me that Kevin smile. A class act and an style all his own.

I've not seen Kevin for many years, but had had him in my thoughts on countless occasions. I have great memories of what a truly great person he always was to me. He sent me a giant Schefflera plant when my Mom passed in 2005. I still have it today and always will. I will hold him in my heart always as well. He is missed.

Kevin was one of my closest friends. We made each other laugh everytime we saw each other. I could talk to him about anything. He was extremely trustworthy.
He never knew a stranger. He had a light filled with energy that could brighten any room ,as it often did.
My thoughts go out to his family, especially his little grandson whom he loved very much. I'm sorry for your loss.
I will always cherish knowing him. He is already missed and will always be missed by me. Good bye my friend. I love you forever.
