Kevin Rivers Obituary
He was a graduate of Taconic High School.
Leo worked for over 20 years at Stop & Shop. He also had worked as a parts runner for Dickinson Auto, Advanced Auto, and for car dealerships.
He was a sportsman who enjoyed snowmobiling and played for many years in basketball and softball leagues. One of his favorite enjoyments was cheering on his beloved L.A. Rams.
Leo is survived by his sister, Sandra Barzowskas and husband Dan of Pittsfield. He also leaves his significant other, Jennifer Kelly of Pittsfield, his sisters-in-law Patricia, Cynthia, and Christine and many nieces and nephews.
He was predeceased by his three brothers Dennis, Kenneth, and Jonathan. He will be profoundly missed by his friends and family.
FUNERAL NOTICE: A Liturgy of Christian Burial will be held, Saturday, March 29, 2025 at 11 a.m. at Sacred Heart Church. Burial will follow in St. Joseph Cemetery at a later date. There are no calling hours. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in his name to HospiceCare in the Berkshires and mailed to DERY FUNERAL HOME, 54 Bradford St., Pittsfield, MA 01201.

I worked with Kevin in the 90's at Tire Warehouse in Dalton Mass. with Mike Mazzeo for a few years together. We had a good crew and had lots of laughs together, I remember meeting both Kev's parents and his brother Dennis too. All were very nice people. God rest your soul old friend

To all who loved Kevin/Leo, I send my condolences. He was a lively spirit, always smiling, always reminiscing about the "good ole days", greeting everyone he knew with a smile, a handshake or a hug. Kevin and I were old friends from Stop and Shop on Merrill Rd. Next the old Bradlees. We both lived near Umass Amherst in the 80s and used to go to Hinsdale, NH to the Dog track. I will miss Kevin.

Kevin was a classmate at Notre Dame back in the day. He was a great friend and fun to be with. As often happens in life, I hadn´t seen him in years but I´ll say a prayer today and always remember him with a smile. RIP, my old friend.

To Kevin's family. I was sorry to hear oof Kevin's passing. We worked together at Stop & Shop when we were in high school. Any time I saw Kevin over the years he was always friendly and smiling and genuinely happy to see me. RIP Kevin, you are now with the Lord.
