There aren't any words that could express how sorry we are. Kevin will always be in our hearts. Kevin,Neil and Cliff had a special bond we would all meet once a year in Fla and all we did was laugh as the 3 of them would tell there stories. Donna, Mary and I would be very entertained. We will miss him deeply he truly was a beautiful caring friend. Now that he is with the love of his life Donna ,may he rest in peace and may God be with his beautiful family. Love to all

Kevin was among the best. The commanding officer of SERT, Operations and the Training Academy. A true leader, always there to help his officers. He had lots of mottos such as, If you fail to prepare you better prepare to fail, and If I´m not helping you I´m hurting you. The respect he received from officers was earned and well deserved. Proud to call him a mentor and friend. My sincere heartfelt condolences to his entire family. Rest in Peace, Kevin.

My sincere condolences to Kevin, Brigette and Joseph. I have such great memories of you, your mom, Joanne, my best and dearest old friend, and your dad. We had good times in our teens and twenties. My prayers are with you all.
