Kevin Ray Warren

To Kevin's family, Please accept my sincerest condolences. I was the Deputy Director of Contracting when Kevin started working under his company's contract. Kevin was good at his job, but more importantly, Kevin was good people. He was my friend and I am sadden by his passing.
I pray God welcomed him home and provides his family comfort and Grace.

I am so sorry for the passing of Kevin. He was a very valuable member of our work Team, and he will be terribly missed.
