In high school, Kim was always full of fun. Working with him on the school paper an important part of our lives back then and helped him in his career path. He will be missed. May his family know what an upstanding man he was to his classmates. Peace, Kay Wienand Braddock, Montgomery Catholic High Class of 1964

When I was a freshly minted journalism graduate, Kim was one of the first people who took the time to see my pitiful reporter reel and talk to me about TV News.

He was the News Director at WCOV-TV 20 back then and he told me something I never forgot, he said if you can get your foot in the door of this market, the cream will always rise to the top.

I did get my foot in the door and Kim and I were anchoring the evening news at WSFA-TV that Sunday night when word came that George Wallace had died.

He was the consummate professional, a friend and a mentor. He will be missed but certainly not forgotten especially by me.

Matthew,
So sorry to hear about your Dad. Please accept my sincere sympathy. He wrote me the nicest note with a picture of you in it when you graduated from vet school. I really appreciated it, and I have always regretted missing it. I hope you are doing well. You will always be loved! We are all thinking of you. Take care.

A beautiful human being who touched so many lives. He was kind to all and a fantastic example to others. He will be missed! All the love in the world to his dearest family. Goodbye, loving soul.

Come to meet him, Angels of the Lord! Receive his soul and present him to God the Highest. May Christ, who called you, take you to himself; may Angels lead you to Abraham's side. Give him eternal rest, O Lord, and may your light shine on him forever.
In the name of The Father. Son and Holy Spirit. Amen
