Kimberly Bryce Burchfield, age 65, of Saint Charles, Missouri passed away peacefully on Saturday, October 1, 2022 in Saint Charles, Missouri, surrounded by family. She was born in St. Louis, Missouri on August 24, 1957 to Glen and Fern Heather (nee Hollingshead).
The eldest daughter of five and a natural born leader, Kim paved her way as a corporate career woman through decades of service, innovation and hard work at ADP, an accomplishment she took great pride in. Kim worked hard but she knew how to have fun! The lake was her second home and her weekend getaway. Half of her heart lived under the Florida sun and she spent many years enjoying her time there. Kim had an enormous heart for helping others and sharing her love of Jesus, after all He is her best friend. She had a passion for the Loyal Order of the Moose and the Wounded Warrior Project and dedicated her life to furthering those missions. Kim never met a stranger and could start a conversation with anyone she crossed paths with. Her infectious smile, personality and generous spirit always left a lasting mark.
Kimberly is survived by her beloved Husband of 33 years, Terry; daughter, Brady O'Connell; precious grandchildren, Jillian, Landon, and Hailey; Sisters, Tracy (Ronald)Wallace, Christy(Glenn)Brackett and Laura(Ray) Simmons; brother, Stephen (Mary)Heather; Nieces, Stacy, Kelly, Darah and Katherine; Nephews, Matthew, Zackary, Adam and Jacob; Numerous great nieces and nephews; Lifelong dearest friend, Leo.
She was preceded in death by her father, Glen Heather; adored aunt Berniece (Herk) Heather and grandparents.
Visitation will be from 10:00 am until 12:00 pm with Funeral Ceremony following immediately Wednesday, October 12, 2022 at St. Peters Chapel, Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions, 837 Mid Rivers Mall Drive, St. Peters, Missouri 63376. I'm so very sorry to hear about Kim. She has always had a special place in my heart. Had I known of her passing I would certainly have attended her funeral. She will always be in my prayers as will her family members.
Rest in peace, Kim.

Kim you will be Greatly missed. You bought such laughter into my life, I just hope I did the same for you. Now I will look over our grandchildren here on Earth, and wherever you are may you watch over our grandchildren from there. Now you rest, rest in peace!

Oh Aunt Kim, you saw some real craziness throughout life. Seeing how well you lived and never let health issues take you down gave me the strength and courage to see life in a much similar matter when, I too, was faced with those same, issues. I am thankful you were my aunt and that you were blessed by a donor which enabled you those extra 23 years of life. You were a momma and a grandma. We were similar in many ways. The world is a bit sadder without you here. But, now you are not in pain and can watch over all,if your lived, ones at once. Forever held within many hearts. We shall meet again one day. With much love, your niece
