Kimberly Michelle Franklin, 32, of Milledgeville, GA. passed away Saturday, June 29, 2024, with her family by her side. Born in Atlanta, GA. on October 19th, 1991, Kimberly was the daughter of Mrs. Jackie Kent. She enjoyed going to the gym and escaping to the beach whenever possible. Kimberly loved spending time with her family and friends, especially her wife Heather, and son Maverik. They were the loves of her life.
Kimberly was preceded in death by her grandmothers Frances Kent and Shirley Moore; grandfather, William Jack Kent; nephew, Junior; niece, Kiersten Queen; cousin, Amanda Keener; father-in-law, Harold Franklin and best friend Josh.
She is survived by her wife Heather Franklin; son, Maverik Franklin; mother, Jackie Brady; father, Earnest Brady; brothers, Chris Hutchinson (Casey) Jacob Brady, Branson Brady; sisters, Jennifer Frost (Lucas), Jessica Marrisett (AJ), Polly Queen; along with several nieces and nephews, Abigal, Allie, John, Emily, Hayden, Riley, James, Korie, Lex, Nick, Abby, Dustin, Destiny, Bella Rae, Everleigh, Julia Kate, Madisyn, Mariah, SJ, Colton, Oakleigh, Willow and Adeline
A funeral service will be held on Saturday, July 6, 2024, at 10:00 AM in the chapel of Lord & Stephens East Chapel with interment to follow at Barrow Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends prior to the service beginning at 9:00 AM.
