Kimberly Hickey Obituary
She was born on July 3, 1967, in Quincy.
She was a mother to her son, Joshua D. Bressan of South Carolina, and her daughter, Marissa M. Reyes, and her husband Luis of Connecticut. Kim's joy was multiplied with the birth of her grandchildren, Jaiden, Luis, Jr., Nicholas and Noah whom she adored. She also leaves behind her brothers, William McLaughlin, Jr. of Florida, Bobby Hickey of Massachusetts, and David Hickey of Massachusetts. Her life was predeceased by her son Michael Hickey, her sister Pam Farley and Mother Nancy Hickey. Kim's legacy continues through her daughter, who will carry her memory forward.
An avid reader, Kim found solace and adventure within the pages of countless books, each story a new journey for her imaginative spirit. Her love for an occasional Hershey's chocolate bar dipped in peanut butter was well-known.
The ocean held a special place in Kim's heart. The sound of the waves, the feel of the sand beneath her feet, and the vastness of the horizon brought her peace and a sense of connection to the world around her. Music, too, was a constant companion, a backdrop to many of life's significant moments and a source of comfort and joy throughout her years.
