Kimberly M. Kaiza

EAST GREENBUSH-
Kimberly M. (LaManque) Kaiza, of East Greenbush, New York, formerly of Groton, Connecticut, danced into heaven on June 5, 2022, following a long illness.
The daughter of Geraldine (Sokolowski) LaManque and the late Claude LaManque, Kimberly was born on September 2, 1966, in Norwich, Connecticut.
Being that her father was in the military, Kimberly has lived in various states during her youth including Connecticut, Mississippi, Illinois, and South Carolina. As an adult, she has lived in Connecticut, Virginia, Vermont and lastly New York.
For many years until her illness, Kimberly worked in retail as a manager.
In addition to her mother, Kimberly is survived by her close friend and life partner, Mbaga Kaiza, of East Greenbush. She is also survived by two sisters Shelly (Allan) Stine and Tracey LaManque (Joe Silvus) as well as one brother Kevin (Ahbra) LaManque. Several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins also survive.
In addition to her father, Kimberly was predeceased by her nephew Ryan Stine, whom she was very close to.
Cremation took place through the care of Simple Choices, Inc. A memorial service is pending and will be announced for a later date by the family.
